It opened earlier this month and replaced the hotel\u2019s former restaurant, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2019\/12\/04\/art-filled-restaurant-ellies-opens-in-the-dallas-arts-district-dec-6\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2019\/12\/04\/art-filled-restaurant-ellies-opens-in-the-dallas-arts-district-dec-6\/\">Ellie\u2019s<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Astra\u2019s name is inspired by a light installation Asteroid created by artist Spencer Finch that hangs throughout the restaurant. Items include French onion deviled eggs, three signature Wellington styles, pressed sushi and filet mignon as well as desserts such as chocolate bread pudding.
