The San Francisco 49ers have finalized their inactive list ahead of the Week 8 matchup against the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium. With rosters limited to 48 active players on gameday, several players will be sidelined for the Texas showdown.<\/p>\n
Three key pieces of SF’s offense, quarterback Brock Purdy<\/a> (toe), wide receiver Ricky Pearsall<\/a> (knee), and center Jake Brendel<\/a>, are officially ruled out for Sunday’s game. Offensive lineman Spencer Burford<\/a> had his practice window opened at the beginning of the week as he works his way back from a knee injury; however, his game status was downgraded from questionable to out on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n As for the defense, DB Deommodore Lenoir<\/a> (quadricep) was listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Texans. After returning to practice in a limited capacity on Friday afternoon, he enters this contest without an injury designation.
