Moves have been made to date like trading for Rashan Gary, signing Jalen Thompson, and signing Cobie Durant to give him pieces to work with.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">As important as those things are, the most premium assets at the Cowboys\u2019 disposal will not be utilized until the NFL draft. Dallas holds the 12th and 20th overall picks and it has long stood to reason that they will be spent on the defensive side of the ball.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">What if they go offense, though? Could they? They can\u2019t, right?<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The beauty of the NFL draft is that you never know what you are going to get in terms of how the board is going to fall.
