PopUp Bagels\u2014a brand launched in 2021 as a hobby project out of Adam Goldberg\u2019s backyard window\u2014is bringing its \u201cgrip, rip, and dip\u201d bagels to Dallas in a new location planned at 2323 Henderson Avenue.<\/p>\n

Based in Westport, Connecticut, the bagel brand already operates locations in New York City, Connecticut, California, Florida, and beyond. The Dallas location is the first of at least 12 planned locations across Texas, the company says, with Houston, Austin, and San Antonio slated for additional bagel outposts.<\/p>\n

PopUp Bagels keeps it simple by focusing on \u201cdoing one thing really well\u201d: serving hot, whole bagels straight from the oven. It offers no sandwiches, does no toasting, not even slicing\u2014it just serves bagels that are meant to be torn apart and dipped into \u201crotating schmears.\u201d<\/p>\n

Crispy crusts and \u2018epic schmears\u2019<\/p>\n

The brand promises crispy crusts, soft crumb centers, and an ideal proportion of seeds. Beyond the bagels, PopUp says it innovates with top brands, chefs, and tastemakers to create \u201cepic schmears\u201d that elevate the cream cheese experience with bold, unexpected flavors.<\/p>\n
