According to a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/u8yk7-standing-with-julius-through-his-healing-journey\">GoFundMe fundraiser,<\/a> the boy\u2019s mother \u201cfought desperately to get the dog off him\u201d and was bitten herself.<\/p>\n<p>Additional details about the incident weren\u2019t immediately available Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Julius is in a hospital in Fort Worth.
