RFK Jr., known for the “Make America Healthy Again” movement, attended CPAC at Grapevine’s Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, a four-day event featuring some of the GOP’s rising and established stars<\/a>. Kennedy was embraced at the event, saying his uncle and father would approve of Trump’s foreign policy decisions, and attacking Democrats for not being broadly aligned with his MAHA ideology, according to reporting from Politico<\/a>.<\/p>\n The event’s moderator, Mercedes Schlapp, did not ask Kennedy about his views on vaccines, which have\u00a0attracted criticism<\/a> and backlash from health experts, Democrats, and some judges who have stalled his administration’s proposed changes to the recommended vaccine schedule.<\/p>\n After the on-stage interview, Kennedy sought to advance his MAHA agenda with a “protein-packed meal” at The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque in Trophy Club.<\/p>\n The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque was founded in 2023 and shouldn’t be confused with the also-popular Hutchins BBQ<\/a> located in Frisco.<\/p>\n Wesley Hutchins, the oldest son of Roy Hutchins, opened The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque after a legal battle over the Hutchins BBQ trademark.
