DALLAS \u2014 Read\u00a0this story and more North Texas business news<\/a>\u00a0from our content partners at the Dallas Business Journal.<\/p>\n Leaders at global cosmetics giant Mary Kay Inc<\/a>. are exploring the sale of the company’s sprawling headquarters in Addison.<\/p>\n In a statement to Dallas Business Journal, the company said it’s “always had a vision to evolve our campus beyond what it is today,” noting it’s only used about 20% of the 33-acre site it purchased in 1994 for its global HQ.<\/p>\n The privately owned, family-led direct sales company said with the current real estate market<\/a> and value of land in Dallas, “now is the perfect time to consider a sale, reassess our campus footprint and align it with our long-term needs.”<\/p>\n The highly visible 546,000-square-foot campus along the Dallas North Tollway is listed by commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. Marketing materials for the 13-story building indicating would-be buyers have the flexibility to repurpose the building or pursue a large-scale mixed-use development.<\/p>\n
