Plano City Hall will consider approving grant money for two businesses at Monday night’s 6 p.m. meeting,<\/p>\n
The city council meets at city hall in downtown Plano, 17 E. Main.<\/p>\n
The Hinckley Coffee House applied for a $5,000 grant for a sign for its new brick and mortar store near Walmart on Route 34. Shain Diaz applied for $5,000 for painting and exterior work for the building at 9. N Hugh Street which is being turned into commercial or retail space.<\/p>\n
Also on the agenda is the annual amended budget which includes about a 1.5 percent increase in spending.<\/p>\n
