Harris County gained 48,695 people to top 5 million.<\/p>\n<p>This rapid growth stands in stark contrast to Dallas County, which recorded one of the nation\u2019s most significant percentage-based population declines.<\/p>\n<p>While major hubs like Plano, McKinney, Frisco, and Allen remain significant, the most explosive growth occurred in smaller suburbs. Princeton was named the nation\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dallas.culturemap.com\/news\/city-life\/princeton-fastest-growing-city-census\/\" class=\"Link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">fastest-growing<\/a> city, with a population surge of just over 30% from 2023 to 2024. <\/p>\n<p>Future outlooks from the <a href=\"https:\/\/demographics.texas.gov\/Projections\/\" class=\"Link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Texas Demographic Center<\/a> suggest this trend will continue.
