Sales activities are restricted to between 9 a.m. and dusk unless previously invited by a resident. Additionally, salespeople are prohibited from approaching homes with a &#8220;No Soliciting&#8221; sign, which must be at least 12 square inches in size with lettering no smaller than two-thirds of an inch in height.<\/p>\n<p>Violations of these rules can result in fines up to $500 and potential suspension or revocation of the salesperson&#8217;s license. Residents can report any infractions by contacting the Arlington Police Department\u2019s non-emergency line at (817) 274-4444.<\/p>\n<p>The department advises residents to remain cautious and make informed decisions when approached by salespeople.
