Baer Manufacturing Crosspoint Tenant Improvement<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A 605,873-square-foot office, manufacturing and warehouse space will be built.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 5309 N. I-35, GeorgetownEstimated timeline: Nov. 1-June 30, 2027Estimated cost: $15.7 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026015909\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2. Domain 9.5 <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Austin-based Cousins Properties will construct a two-story, four-tenant commercial building with a parking garage at <a href=\"https:\/\/beta2.communityimpact.com\/austin\/northwest-austin\/dining\/2026\/01\/29\/mediterranean-restaurant-ma-to-launch-third-location-at-domain-northside\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Domain<\/a> shopping center, totaling 31,410 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 11815 Alterra Parkway, Ste. 100, 110, 120 and 130, AustinEstimated timeline: June 5-June 5, 2027Estimated cost: $7 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026015728\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">3. Veritas Academy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The private school campus will add a gym, field house and community hall.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 13401 Escarpment Blvd., AustinEstimated timeline: May 25-Aug. 12, 2027Estimated cost: $7 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026016204\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">4. Gerber Collision and Glass<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Illinois-based automotive repair company will build its fourth location in Williamson County.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 11990 W. Hwy. 29, Liberty HillEstimated timeline: May 10-Nov. 15Estimated cost: $2 million<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026015505\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">5.
