The project, which cost around $11 million stemming from a <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/austin\/round-rock-pflugerville-hutto\/city-county\/2019\/04\/24\/first-parks-project-from-huttos-2018-bond-underway\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2018 voter-approved parks bond<\/a>, includes the addition of an all-wheels pump track and improved facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Once open, residents will find an expanded splash pad as the Texas weather begins to heat up. Fritz Park will also feature new playground equipment, walking trails and expanded parking.<\/p>\n<p>City officials expect significant increase in use once the park reopens.
