{"id":230687,"date":"2026-04-01T20:16:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T20:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/230687\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T20:16:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T20:16:07","slug":"240-homes-coming-to-eastern-parker-county-planned-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/230687\/","title":{"rendered":"240 homes coming to eastern Parker County planned community"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WILLOW PARK<\/p>\n<p>The City of Willow Park approved the annexation of more than 60 acres last week as part of an ongoing master-planned community of over 200 homes.<\/p>\n<p>The land is at the northeast corner of Crown Road and Meadow Place Drive.<\/p>\n<p>The tract, which is in the city\u2019s extraterritorial jurisdiction, will be part of the Clearion development. The city approved a development agreement for the project in February. The plan includes a total of about 200 executive, cottage and estate home sites, as well as around 40 signature and luxury home sites.<\/p>\n<p>Brothers in Christ Properties LLC, in partnership with developer Skoburg Co., first brought the master-planned community to the Willow Park City Council in summer 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Skoburg Co. is a privately owned development firm based in Dallas. The company has developed more than 7,000 lots across 30 municipalities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to the city.<\/p>\n<p>Brothers in Christ Properties LLC \u2014 an entity owned by Bryson Adams and former NFL player Kevin Kolb, according to state records \u2014 has owned the property since 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The preliminary plat for the development, as well as the planned development agreement covering proposed zoning changes, will go before the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 21 before heading to the City Council on April 28.<\/p>\n<p>The property is currently zoned at R1 for single family homes because all properties that are annexed into the city get set at R1.
