Owner Rick Daffron\u00a0shares the story behind the restaurant\u2019s beginnings, which date back to 1992. The first location opened on Buffalo Gap Road with just $50,000 and a leap of faith. Since then, the business expanded to multiple locations across the area before settling into its current home, where it has remained a staple for more than 20 years.<\/p>\n

From hand-breaded steak fingers to house-made onion rings and freshly cut fries, nearly everything on the menu is made from scratch daily. Another unique\u00a0touch? Every meal comes with free ice cream, a tradition that started as a treat for kids and quickly became a customer favorite.<\/p>\n
