A revamped hotel near the Park Cities has reopened after a multimillion-dollar renovation.<\/p>\n

The Hotel Mockingbird, previously called The Beeman Hotel, is open. The nearly 300-room hotel is the latest addition to the Tribute Portfolio, Marriott Bonvoy\u2019s collection of independent hotels.<\/p>\n

Updates to the hotel include redesigned guest quarters and two new dining options.<\/p>\n
The first is Verse Kitchen & Bar, which features specialty cocktails like The Tequila Mockingbird, plus signature programming including Verse Vinyl Brunch and ConVERSEations, a monthly discussion series celebrating Texas\u2019 creative culture. The second is Raven, an after-dark speakeasy.<\/p>\n
The hotel will also offer curated packages like The Pony Express, an SMU game-day weekend experience that includes a welcome amenity, valet parking, breakfast for two and late checkout on Sunday. The hotel is also partnering with nearby The Woodhouse Spa to offer guests exclusive perks and added wellness-focused benefits.<\/p>\n
