The building was full of recycled computers, which is why &#8220;booms&#8221; and &#8220;bangs&#8221; could be heard from inside.<\/p>\n<p data-v-f1afc186=\"\">A total of 60 firefighters responded to the fire as part of a total of 15 units, the district chief said.
