(Courtesy of the National Weather Service)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The system is moving in from the west, putting areas north of Interstate 10, including\u00a0Fredericksburg, Austin, and Georgetown, at probabilities of 58-74 percent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;Some storms may be strong to severe and produce pockets of locally heavy rainfall,&#8221; the agency said in a post on <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/NWSSanAntonio\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:X;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;context_link&quot;,&quot;yModuleName&quot;:&quot;content-canvas&quot;,&quot;yLinkText&quot;:&quot;X&quot;}\" class=\"link \">X<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Currently, meteorologists predict between a tenth and a quarter of an inch,\u00a0though higher amounts are possible during thunderstorms.\u00a0A sweater wouldn&#8217;t be a bad idea. Southeast winds will be up to 15 mph, bringing gusts of up to roughly 25 mph.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;The forecast will trend drier as we head into the afternoon hours,&#8221; the NWS says. &#8220;It will be warm and breezy again with highs in the lower 80s to lower 90s.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At night, the low will be 68 degrees with wind gusts up to 30 mph, per the\u00a0NWS. Rain chances disappear then return during the evening hours of Friday, April 3.
