Surveillance video of the suspect is attached to this news release.<\/p>\n<p>The identity of the victim, 27, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook reported:<\/p>\n<p>Officers responded to a report of a deceased male at the above address and located a male lying unresponsive on the sidewalk suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
