The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has the collision listed as a high-severity &#8220;major accident,&#8221;\u00a0and first responders appear to be on the scene. TxDOT cameras show traffic is backed up on Loop 1604, and the department&#8217;s website shows that the two lanes of the exit ramp are closed due to the incident.<\/p>\n<p>According to SigAlert, traffic is backed up to Texas State Highway 151.
