Palmer, 28, is charged in Lee County with knowingly possessing between 15 and 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine, a Class 1 felony, and possessing a substance containing oxycodone hydrochloride, a Class 4 felony. He hasn\u2019t entered a plea, court records show. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-xb1qmn-0 gBIiEi body-paragraph\">Palmer was cited for the offenses in Lee County by Dixon police March 3 and released with a pending court date. He has been held in the DuPage County Jail since March 10, court records show. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-xb1qmn-0 gBIiEi body-paragraph\">In DuPage County, Palmer also faces charges of possession with intent to deliver between 15 and 100 grams of methamphetamine, manufacture or delivery of 1 to 15 grams of cocaine, possession of between 15 and 100 grams of methamphetamine, manufacture or delivery of between 30 to 500 grams of cannabis, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Those charges were filed Dec. 4, 2024, and he has pleaded not guilty, according to DuPage County court records. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-xb1qmn-0 gBIiEi body-paragraph\">Additional charges were filed March 10 in DuPage County accusing him of domestic battery involving physical contact and domestic battery causing bodily harm, court records show. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-xb1qmn-0 gBIiEi body-paragraph\">Palmer was scheduled to appear at 10 a.m. April 1 via Zoom before Lee County Judge Jacquelyn D.
