Not with just an announcement, but by even asking local foodies where its second location should be. While some suggested Cypress, Katy, Missouri City, Sugarland and the Woodlands, Burger-chan\u2019s team has set their sights on the Heights.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We heard you loud and clear\u2026 and we listened. This next chapter is built with you, for you,&#8221; Burger-chan\u2019s Instagram post read. With the announcement falling on April Fool\u2019s Day, some were skeptical it was a joke. But Chron confirmed this plan is no prank and soon will become a reality.<\/p>\n<p>Burger-chan hasn\u2019t shared an official opening date, or the specific address for their second location. We will update this story if and when we hear back.<\/p>\n<p>Burger-chan made its debut in Houston\u2019s dining scene in the Greenway Plaza in 2016. But after the COVID-19 pandemic, that underground location was shut down and they opened a brand new brick-and-mortar location in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chron.com\/food\/article\/houston-BurgerChan-reopening-new-store-location-16397923.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Galleria-area<\/a> at 5353 W Alabama St Suite 110.
