He is charged with two counts of deadly conduct\/discharge of a firearm with a total bond of $10,000, El Paso Police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Just before 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, officers responded to the 3100 block of Titanic on a report of shots being fired.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officers conducted a traffic stop on Reinert, they said. During the investigation, they found \u201chandguns and ammunition inside the vehicle,\u201d police said. They did not say how many guns were found.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Reinert reportedly told police that he had shot in the air that day as well as the previous day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
