CIBOLO, Texas – A wanted fugitive accused of violating bond conditions in a manslaughter and theft case was arrested Thursday.<\/p>\n
The Guadalupe County Sheriff\u2019s Office said that on April 3, 2026, it assisted SAPD in locating and apprehending Aris Jamal Ransom-Powell, who was wanted on a motion to revoke bond for manslaughter and theft.<\/p>\n
Authorities said Ransom-Powell has an extensive criminal history that includes weapons charges, manufacturing and delivery of narcotics, multiple thefts, failure to identify, and bail jumping.<\/p>\n
In coordination with the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), the Guadalupe County Sheriff\u2019s Office SWAT team executed arrest warrants in the 300 block of Hinge Loop in Cibolo, where a stolen vehicle was also located and recovered, the sheriff\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n
