But Friday&#8217;s loss to UCLA might the last time they&#8217;ll do so with Harmon wearing burnt orange.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Texas fell in the Final Four for the second straight season, this time<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statesman.com\/sports\/college\/longhorns\/womens-basketball\/article\/texas-ucla-final-four-2026-live-updates-score-22187493.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\"> 51-44 to the UCLA Bruins<\/a>. The loss means Harmon, a fifth-year senior who already had her career extended by added eligibility following injury, has played her last game for Texas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Harmon is a Houston native who was one of Schaefer&#8217;s first recruit after he took the Texas job. The two chatted for a bit \u2014 with Harmon clearly emotional about the impending loss \u2014 before hugging.
