David Coligado, CEO of Munsch Hardt, said in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The new office, with seven attorneys, will be led by Adrienne Wall, a managing shareholder focused on real estate finance. Wall, a graduate of Texas Christian University, represents commercial banks and lenders, including construction and development loans, restructurings and foreclosures. Wall previously served as associate general counsel for a regional commercial bank.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is straightforward,\u201d Wall said in a statement. \u201cWe are building a premier Fort Worth office, one that delivers sophisticated legal work, supports our clients\u2019 growth, and brings together attorneys who are widely respected in this market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Joining her is another TCU graduate, Austin Franklin, a litigation shareholder. Franklin has practiced in Fort Worth since his service in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General\u2019s Corps and clerkships with federal judges in the Northern District of Texas, including Judge Mark Pittman and Terry Means.<\/p>\n<p>Other Munsch Hardt attorneys include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.munsch.com\/Professionals\/Theo-Bruton\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Theo Bruton<\/a>, who previously served as in-house counsel for a commercial real estate developer in Fort Worth. Bruton is an alumnus of Texas A&amp;M University School of Law.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Growing firms\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Inc. Magazine has released its 2026 list of fastest-growing companies in the Southwest. Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 Regionals lists are ranked according to their percentage growth over two years, from 2022 to 2024. Between 2022 and 2024, the 132 private companies in the Southwest had a median growth rate of 79%; by 2024, they\u2019d also added 9,633 jobs and $5.2 billion to the region\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n<p>Several area firms were included on the list, including:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Black Label Ingredients, which topped area firms at No. 12. Based in Edgecliff Village, in the former Fort Worth Star-Telegram printing press plant, it specializes in sourcing and selling specialty ingredients for industries including skin care, cosmetics, vitamins and food and beverage. It had a growth rate of 406%.\u00a0<br \/>\nNo. 18 on the list was Nascence Group, an Arlington-based government services firm with a growth rate of 298%.\u00a0<br \/>\nIcing the No. 56 spot on the list was Fort Worth\u2019s HTeaO which has more than 150 locations serving up cold tea in Texas and the southwest. The company had a growth rate of 139%.\u00a0<br \/>\nShowing there is profit in picking up poop, Fort Worth\u2019s Department of Doody bagged the No. 56 slot on the list, even though it is more accustomed to the No. 2, with a growth rate of 107%.\u00a0<br \/>\nFort Worth-based TimelyCare, a virtual health care provider for colleges, was ranked a trendy No. 67 with a growth rate of 79%.\u00a0<br \/>\nValor, an energy and utility firm based in Fort Worth was No. 82 with a growth rate of 62%.\u00a0<br \/>\nNo. 91 with a 57% growth rate was Fort Worth\u2019s Higginbotham Insurance, an employee-owned firm established in 1948.\u00a0<br \/>\nNo. 98 on the list is Mansfield\u2019s Livingspring Family Medical Centers which reported a growth rate of 49%.\u00a0<br \/>\nFort Worth-based ear care products firm Eosera just squeezed into the Top 100 at No. 99 with a 47% growth rate.\u00a0<br \/>\nLuxury home builder J. Kellam Builder nailed down the No. 120 spot with a 25% growth rate.\u00a0<br \/>\nWestlake-based financial services firm Stansberry Asset Management was No. 119 with a 25% growth rate.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Property acquired\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bricktop Capital has acquired 1500 Central Park Drive in Hurst, a 2.23-acre industrial outdoor storage asset that includes a 16,000-square-foot warehouse. The property is at the intersection of State Highway 121 and Loop 820.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lounge expansion\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>American Express will expand its Centurion Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport\u2019s\u00a0 Terminal D. The expansion will grow the space by nearly 50%, adding a new dining area and second full-service bar.
