Ryan who went 2-for-3 on Saturday afternoon drove in two runs and also scored twice.

With both Burns and UH starter Paul Schmitz firing zeros in the fifth, the game remained 2-1 UH until the bottom of the sixth, when the Red Raiders used four, two out walks and an infield single to strike for three runs.

The three runs for the Red Raiders came on back-to-back-to-back walks.

Returning for the seventh in a 4-2 game, Burns issues a six-pitch lead-off walk to UH’s Easton Winfield to bring the tying run to the plate in the form of Clime.

Already with a two-run home run to his account off of Burns, the Red Raiders turned reliever Logan Bevis who got Clime to bounce into a 6-4-3 GDP and struck out pinch-hitter Carsten Sabathia III to fire a zero.

Armed with the momentum, the Red Raiders struck for seven runs in the bottom-half of the to take an 11-2 lead. Amongst the big hits in the bottom of the seventh was a two-run RBI single from left fielder Connor Shouse as well as back-to-back doubles from Logan Hughes and Linkin Garcia.
