The job is estimated at $1.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>Total Wine and More is a Maryland-based company with nearly 300 stores across the United States. The first one in North Texas opened on Dallas&#8217; Central Expressway, near Park Lane, in 2012. It arrived in D-FW just as Spec&#8217;s, a competitor, was expanding across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Total Wine also has shops in Irving,\u00a0Plano, Euless, Lewisville and Arlington. The Total Wine on\u00a0East Mockingbird Lane appears to be its third in Dallas city limits.<\/p>\n<p>The shop will join a busy East Dallas intersection, with retailers like Tom Thumb, Sephora and Sprouts\u00a0nearby. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/retail\/2025\/02\/24\/fabrics-retailer-joann-to-close-all-stores\/\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Fabrics retailer Joann closed last year<\/a>, following a company announcement that 500 stores would shutter nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from Total Wine didn&#8217;t respond to a request for comment.
