The money will be used to build a new water treatment plant and water tower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The new tower was constructed over the weekend and still needs a coat of paint. It is designed to hold 100,000 gallons of water, which is double the capacity of the city\u2019s current tower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The total cost of the project is estimated at $1.4 million.
