The El Paso County Sheriff\u2019s Office is asking for the public\u2019s help in locating a missing woman last seen in Colorado Springs on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Haley, 45, has an \u201cintellectual disability and mental health concerns\u201d and is considered an at-risk adult, officials said in a social media post.<\/p>\n

Haley is 5-foot-10 and about 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair worn long and straight. When last seen she was wearing a black jacket, a snowcap and checkered pants, and was carrying a Hello Kitty purse.<\/p>\n

She was last seen at about 4:45 p.m. near Palmer Park and Powers boulevards, but could be walking in the vicinity of Fountain Boulevard and Circle Drive, the Sheriff\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n

Anyone who has seen Haley, or may know her whereabouts, is asked to contact the Sheriff\u2019s Office\u2019s non-emergency line at 719-390-5555.<\/p>\n
