Terms of the Ely deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Ely produces tight tolerance metallic components for the commercial and military aerospace market. The company focuses on milling, turning, and assembly of components in support of blue-chip aerospace companies, Aeromax said. Founded in 1955 and owned by members of the Senff family since 1964.\u00a0 Ely will continue to be led by Kurt Senff and Wally Senff as part of Aeromax.<\/p>\n<p>Sean Khosrovani, president and COO of Aeromax, said Ely brings \u201cvaluable precision metallic production capabilities to the Aeromax portfolio.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe business fits well into Aeromax\u2019s strategic plan to continue expanding and investing in our manufacturing capabilities,\u201d Khosrovani added in a statement. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to welcome Kurt and Wally to the Aeromax family, and are confident that the combination of our organizations will allow Ely to continue supporting customers with the leading quality, reliability, and on-time delivery they associate with the Ely brand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a joint statement, Wally and Kurt Senff said, \u201cWe\u2019re proud of the reputation that Ely has built over 60 years of leadership by members of our family, and we\u2019re excited to continue leading the organization in this new chapter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur partnership with Aeromax and its worldwide customer base will allow for exciting opportunities to further invest in Ely\u2019s growth and our employees,\u201d they added.<\/p>\n<p>JANAS Associates served as financial advisor to Aeromax.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss what\u2019s next.
