Per the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a>, the 1.12 million-square-foot construction project will feature a new eight-story residential building with 406 units and a 10-story parking structure with residential amenities. Construction for the $129.97 million project will begin May 6 and be completed by June 2028, according to the listing.<\/p>\n 503 Cherry St., College StationRambler Northgate<\/p>\n According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a>, a new 753,612-square-foot mixed-use building is under construction as of April 2 and is scheduled for completion June 7, 2028. The $125 million project will feature a 24-story building with a commercial ground floor and 342 for-rent residential units as well as an eight-story concrete garage.<\/p>\n 801 Legacy Point Drive, College StationAriza Summit Crossing<\/p>\n With plans to start construction June 1, per the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation<\/a>, the 324,000-square-foot project will feature a 12-building apartment complex with 10 residential buildings.
