EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 A Crime Stoppers tip led El Paso County deputy constables to an apartment complex in East El Paso on Monday morning, where they arrested two confirmed gang members wanted on parole violation warrants with no bond.<\/p>\n
According to the El Paso County Constables Office, on Monday at about 7:50 a.m., deputy constables from Precincts 6 and 3 conducted a follow-up investigation at an apartment complex in the 1700 block of N. Lee Trevino in reference to a wanted subject, Victor Anderson, on the Crime Stoppers most wanted list. <\/p>\n
Deputies made contact with a tenant at the complex and obtained verbal consent to search the apartment. <\/p>\n
During the search, they located Anderson, a 52-year-old man from El Paso, and took him into custody. He is being held on a zero bond. <\/p>\n
A warrant check confirmed through Sheriff\u2019s Communications that Anderson was wanted on a parole violation warrant from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Board of Pardons and Parole. <\/p>\n
Deputies also contacted a second person inside the apartment and conducted a warrant check. The check showed Samuel Sergio Martinez, a 42-year-old man from Brownwood, also had a parole warrant through the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Board of Pardons and Parole with a zero bond. <\/p>\n
Both men were arrested and transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility, where they were booked on parole violation warrants with no bond.<\/p>\n
Anderson was previously featured on the El Paso Crime Stoppers’ most wanted list last week. <\/p>\n
Meanwhile, authorities said Anderson is a confirmed gang member with the Barrio Azteca gang, and Martinez is a confirmed gang member with the West Texas Tango gang. <\/p>\n
