Traffic delays are lingering after a major crash on Interstate 35 heading toward San Antonio, which sparked multiple lane closures.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened on the interstate&#8217;s southbound lanes on Tuesday, April 7, at around 7:08 a.m., according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigalert.com\/?lat=29.60477&amp;lon=-98.39887&amp;z=0\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">traffic monitoring site SigAlert<\/a>. It occurred at FM-3009 and Natural Bridge Caverns Road, which led to the closure of two left lanes. It&#8217;s unclear if they reopened.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic is backed up all the way to\u00a0Schwab Road, which is five exits back. Vehicles are moving between 5 and 29 mph, SigAlert reports. Expect delays of up to 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s unclear whether any other vehicles were involved or what caused the crash.
