This event will take place monthly, with a different menu each month, so each edition will include new tacos with seasonal ingredients and special creations.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is open all day, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The menu focuses on regional Mexican flavors, and the dishes are designed for sharing.<\/p>\n<p>Standout appetizers on the menu include shrimp and scallop aguachile, served with a cucumber and radish salad, as well as street corn croquettes with cotija cheese, jalape\u00f1o\u00a0and lime. Lunch highlights include Torta Luna, a pork torta with citrus, and a taqueria smash burger with Oaxaca cheese and poblano strips, both served with fries.<\/p>\n<p>For dinner, the menu features heartier options such as ancho-glazed short ribs, chipotle honey-glazed chicken, or carne asada. There are also seafood options, such as crispy-skin salmon served with black bean pur\u00e9e, or seared scallops with corn pur\u00e9e and macha sauce. Desserts include churros, tres leches cake and dulce de leche-based options.<\/p>\n<p>The weekend brunch features dishes like Hawaiian bigeye tuna tostadas with citrus dressing, and huevos en purgatorio: poached eggs in chile de \u00e1rbol sauce. Sweet options include tres leches French toast and chocolate waffles. Cocktails include mimosas, micheladas\u00a0and tequila cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant also offers a taqueria menu available for lunch and dinner, featuring heirloom corn masa tortillas with options such as pastor, shrimp in guajillo sauce and mushrooms with huitlacoche.<\/p>\n<p>For drinks, the venue features over 50 tequila labels, as well as mezcal and sotol. It also offers tasting flights and cocktails such as the Mexican mule and margaritas with fruit and chile. The menu is complemented by beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n<p>The venue includes a bar, dining room, outdoor patio and a private event room.
