SAN ANTONIO – An Endangered Missing Alert has been issued for a missing teenager by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).<\/p>\n
17-year-old Carlos Ruvalcaba was last seen at 12 a.m. on Monday morning, near the corner of Vance Jackson Road and Jackson Keller Road.<\/p>\n
According to the Texas DPS, Ruvalcaba stands approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n
He was last seen wearing a black shirt and reportedly has an intellectual disability.<\/p>\n
