Friends and relatives in other states give those reasons to not visit the Lone Star State.<\/p>\n
No one wants to walk or dine outside during 100-degree heat. In the summer, many throughout the country try to escape the heat.<\/p>\n
Politically, Texas’ association with President Donald Trump turns off a lot of people. The selective invocation of Christianity in support of far-right politics by Gov. Greg Abbott, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick and Attorney General Ken Paxton\u00a0leaves a bad taste.<\/p>\n
Climate change is real, and Texas policies make this reality worse. Drought and heat are not big attractions for people on vacation.<\/p>\n
San Antonio needs to rethink itself in view of all current realities. The pandemic is long gone, so\u00a0stop blaming it.<\/p>\n
The halcyon days of the \u201970s and \u201980s are also gone. The city\u2019s primary investment in tourism must change if it is to survive.<\/p>\n
After the latest revelations from the Express-News, U.S. Rep. Tony Gonzales should give his constituents the courtesy of resigning immediately.<\/p>\n
Why should people in his district have such a compromised individual represent them? Why should Gonzales serve out his term in such disgrace?<\/p>\n
If the United States is serious about finding UFOs, we must think outside the box.<\/p>\n
A UFO may not be in the image of our current ideas.\u00a0It may also be void of mass, thus not be limited to moving at less than the speed of light.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s statistically probable that life as we know it exists in the universe. However, travel through the universe is unrealistic when limited by the speed of light.<\/p>\n
I suggest a UFO could be in the form of magnetic waves. Therefore, it would be capable of moving through our universe, structures and people unseen and unfelt.<\/p>\n
Such a UFO may only be visible as it slows and may communicate in an\u00a0aura not currently known by our scientists. We know that magnetic waves exist and travel throughout the universe.<\/p>\n
