Lubbock has a lot going for it. Open skies, aggressive winds, and approximately 76 places to get a chicken-fried steak the size of a toddler.<\/p>\n
What we don’t have…is options.<\/p>\n
At some point, there’s a moment where you’re lying in bed at home, ordering Uber, and scrolling through the same 5 restaurants you always go to, thinking: “There has to be more than this…” But, no. There isn’t. Not yet. (I always say “yet” stands for you’re eligible to.)<\/p>\n
So, let’s get down to business. Here are a few major restaurant chains that Lubbock needs to step up its food game and catch up with the rest of the modern world:<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve got the appetite.
