Watters Creek Village, a popular 460,000-square-foot\u00a0hub in Allen, is now under new ownership. Town Lane, a New York-based real estate investment manager, teamed up with local developer Gillon Property Group (GPG) to acquire the center.<\/p>\n
Located along U.S. Highway 75, Watters Creek Village benefits from strong visibility, with more than 200,000 vehicles traveling the corridor each day.<\/p>\n
The 46-acre development features approximately 360,000 square feet of retail, with tenants such as Anthropologie, Barnes & Noble and Lululemon. An additional 100,000 square feet is dedicated to boutique office space. Dining options across the property include Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q<\/a>, Fish City Grill, Mi Cocina and several other restaurants that help anchor the center\u2019s day-to-night appeal.<\/p>\n Plans For Upgrades And Community Engagement<\/p>\n The new ownership team outlined a multi-faceted strategy aimed at improving both the center\u2019s look and its offerings.
