{"id":240547,"date":"2026-04-08T16:03:10","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T16:03:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/240547\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T16:03:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T16:03:10","slug":"miranda-lamberts-1-6m-texas-childhood-home-has-sold","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/240547\/","title":{"rendered":"Miranda Lambert&#8217;s $1.6M Texas childhood home has sold"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three-time Grammy-winning country music star Miranda Lambert\u2019s childhood home has sold \u2014 and it didn\u2019t take long at all for the property to find its new owner.<\/p>\n<p>Located in Lindale, Texas, the approximately 25-acre spread spent a mere two months for sale, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mansionglobal.com\/articles\/miranda-lamberts-childhood-home-in-texas-sells-two-months-after-listing-for-nearly-1-6-million-907c4d2e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Mansion Global reports<\/a>. It asked just shy of $1.6 million \u2014 however, as Texas is a non-disclosure state, the final price paid isn\u2019t known.<\/p>\n<p>The grounds have two homes. Listing representative Lee Trowbridge of Compass previously told the outlet Lambert, 42, lived in the \u201cbig house\u201d between the ages of 14 and 21. Then, at that latter age \u2014 after signing a record deal \u2014 she bought the \u201cpink house\u201d nearby.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the recent sale, Lambert still owned the pink house. Sharp Frame Media<\/p>\n<p>Fans of Lambert will know this property from her 2009 song \u201cThe House That Built Me\u201d \u2014 one that details the challenges of growing up, leaving and feeling disconnected from childhood roots.<\/p>\n<p>The big house has more than 2,500 square feet of outdoor living space alone. Other exterior perks include white siding, a front porch and a matching balcony on the second level. The pink house, meanwhile, is smaller \u2014 but has its own deck that looks out to the property\u2019s pond.<\/p>\n<p>A charming kitchen. There are four bedrooms and five full baths. The grounds also include a metal warehouse, a 100-yard shooting range, a shop with living quarters and three hookups for RVs.<\/p>\n<p>The new owner is a local East Texan who will convert the property into a venue for weddings and other events \u2014 as well as a place for short-term stays.
