At the time of the recent sale, Lambert still owned the pink house. Her parents, Richard and Beverly, owned the remainder of the estate.<\/p>\n

Fans of Lambert will know this property from her 2009 song \u201cThe House That Built Me\u201d \u2014 one that details the challenges of growing up, leaving and feeling disconnected from childhood roots.<\/p>\n
The big house has more than 2,500 square feet of outdoor living space alone. Other exterior perks include white siding, a front porch and a matching balcony on the second level. The pink house, meanwhile, is smaller \u2014 but has its own deck that looks out to the property\u2019s pond.<\/p>\n

The offering, in sum, has some 4,600 square feet of indoor living space. There are four bedrooms and five full baths. The grounds also include a metal warehouse, a 100-yard shooting range, a shop with living quarters and three hookups for RVs.<\/p>\n
The new owner is a local East Texan who will convert the property into a venue for weddings and other events \u2014 as well as a place for short-term stays.
