Th\u00e9a comes from Phoenix restaurateur Sam Fox, who created Flower Child, North\u00a0Italia, Culinary Dropout and other eateries.<\/p>\n<p>According to the menu at the original Th\u00e9a in Phoenix, sushi and flatbreads also made the list.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant was named for the Greek goddess of light, making it a fit for a sunny patio above Dallas&#8217; Katy Trail. In addition to lunches and dinners, Th\u00e9a is known for\u00a0spritzes \u2014 alcoholic cocktails that are bubbly and easy to sip. The Spritz Parade ($19,\u00a0according to the Arizona menu) is a trio of three: a dirty martini inspired spritz; a vodka-watermelon variety; and one with aperol and bubbles.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What makes this location especially exciting is the daytime experience,&#8221; Fox said about Dallas, in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Fox&#8217;s influence on dining at large is notable as his restaurants continue to target Dallas as an expansion city. In 2019, The Cheesecake Factory Inc. bought Fox Restaurant Concepts for just over $350 million.
