EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 39-year-old man over the weekend for Driving While Intoxicated. <\/p>\n

Deputies arrested Victor Rodriguez Jr. for DWI last Saturday after he crashed his car. <\/p>\n

According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, on Oct. 25, at approximately 5:44 p.m., deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Celum Road and Coffin Road in El Paso County. <\/p>\n

Upon arrival, deputies observed that the driver responsible for the crash, identified as Rodriguez Jr., displayed clear signs of intoxication. <\/p>\n

Rodriguez Jr. provided breath specimens of 0.411 and 0.421, more than five times the legal limit of 0.08 in Texas, the sheriff’s office said. <\/p>\n

Rodriguez Jr. was then arrested and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd, under a $7,000 bond.<\/p>\n
