{"id":24129,"date":"2025-10-28T05:56:32","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T05:56:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/24129\/"},"modified":"2025-10-28T05:56:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T05:56:32","slug":"19th-st-construction-to-be-substantially-complete-by-end-of-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/24129\/","title":{"rendered":"19th St. construction to be \u2018substantially complete\u2019 by end of 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | article-text\">LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) &#8211; Traffic along 19th St. will soon flow smoothly as crews get closer to wrapping up construction in the area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">TxDOT said the 19th St. project will be \u201csubstantially complete\u201d by the end of the year and all lanes will reopen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Work is still underway to finish sidewalks, lighting and put up traffic signals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Traffic will continue to be condensed to one lane in each direction from University to Avenue Q. From Avenue Q to I-27, drivers will be redirected to the inside lanes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 KCBD.
