According to ESPN<\/a>, the Longhorns were ranked second after securing the likes of No. 8 ranked Brihanna Crittendon, No. 10 Addison Bjorn and five-star international player Joyce Isime Etute<\/a>.<\/p>\n The latest player to signal an intent to move on is Lee<\/a>, who finished second on the Longhorns in scoring with 13.2 points per game. The sophomore guard was part of the past two squads that made the Final Four and was a member of the All-Freshman Team last season.<\/p>\n Carlton, a sophomore forward, averaged 8.5 points and 4 rebounds over 38 games this past season<\/a>. The No. 7-ranked player out of the 2024 recruiting class, Carlton picked Texas over interest from the likes of UConn, LSU, Arizona, and South Carolina. After spending most of her freshman year coming off the bench, she saw an increase of eight minutes per game in 2025-26, making 28 starts for the Longhorns.<\/p>\n
