It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Flour Bluff<\/a> ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the King Mustangs<\/a>, sneaking past 2-1. The Hornets haven’t had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.<\/p>\n

Travis Leal<\/a> looked comfortable as he didn’t allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched.<\/p>\n

On the hitting side, Santiago Sutil<\/a> was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. That’s the most runs he has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Bradley Terry<\/a>, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.<\/p>\n
