The popular discount retailer filed plans for a future T.J. Maxx located at 12701 North Interstate 35, Suite 1100. This new T.J. Maxx will be within the Shops at Tech Ridge, a fully built retail shopping center in North Austin.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The scope of work for the nearly 31,000 square foot Tech Ridge project includes the “interior build-out of a T.J. Maxx within an existing retail shell,” per the TDLR. Construction on the Tech Ridge T.J. Maxx is expected to begin May 1 and is slated to wrap up by mid-September.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Shops at Tech Ridge are located off I-35, stretching from Parmer Lane to Center Ridge Drive, according to the property’s Retail Connection\u00a0website<\/a>. Once completed, T.J. Maxx will join the shopping area’s\u00a0current list of retailers like Ross Dress For Less, James Avery, Five Below and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n Known for its treasure-hunt style shopping experience, T.J. Maxx currently operates six Austin-area locations:\u00a0Brodie Lane, Great Hills Trail, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Bastrop<\/a> and Manor.
