A major crash involving an 18-wheeler is causing delays on a busy San Antonio highway.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened on U.S. 281 South at Hildebrand Avenue, near the Olmos Park area, at around 11:56 a.m. The scene is still active, with\u00a0the traffic monitoring site SigAlert reporting that the right lane and highway entrance ramp are both closed.<\/p>\n<p>Vehicles are currently backed up to Basse Road.
