AUSTIN, Texas \u2014 This weekend, runners will lace up for the Austin American-Statesman\u2019s 49th annual Cap10k, meaning there will be road closures to look out for downtown.<\/p>\n
Though the race starts Sunday, road closures begin as soon as Saturday morning.<\/p>\n
