One worker died and another was critically injured Friday afternoon after they were electrocuted while working from a bucket truck in south Fort Worth, according to the Fort Worth Fire Department.<\/p>\n
\u200bFirefighters responded to an electrocution call at about 1:40 p.m. at a gas station at 3823 East Loop 820, according to the fire department.<\/p>\n
\u200bThe department\u2019s statement said two men were working in a bucket truck near electrical lines when the accident occurred. Both were treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital in critical condition.<\/p>\n
\u200bOne of the workers was pronounced dead at the hospital. The identity of the deceased has not been released pending notification of next of kin.\u200b The second worker remains in critical condition.<\/p>\n
\u200bThe cause of the accident is under investigation.
