Wemby was listed on the Spurs’ injury report as of Friday morning due to a left rib injury suffered against Philadelphia earlier this week. Both he and fellow key contributor Stephon Castle missed San Antonio’s last game, a win against Portland, on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The Mavs, meanwhile, suffered a second loss in a row Wednesday against the Suns by a score of 112-107. Friday marks their road finale before closing out this season entirely at home against Chicago on Sunday. Also, Cooper Flagg joins the Mavs’ injury report list due to a left wrist injury that he’s been monitoring day to day.<\/p>\n
