FORT WORTH, Texas, April 11, 2026\u2013Becky Moody and her home-bred Jagerbomb captured the 2026 dressage World Cup Saturday the first time in the annual championship.<\/p>\n

The British rider and her 12-year-old gelding were awarded a personal best 88.830% for their Grand Prix Freestyle performance to the tumultuous acclaim of 6,000 spectators in this city of cowboys, cattle, Tex-Mex and high school football.<\/p>\n

Christian Simonson, the 23-year-old American who was competing in his first senior championship, was reserve on Indian Rock on a score of 83.810%, also a personal best. He received resounding applause from the home country crowd that were witnessing World Cup Finals in dressage and jumping for the first time in Fort Worth.<\/p>\n

Poland\u2019s Sandra Sysojeva on\u00a0the 10-year-old Maxima Bella, youngest horse in the competition and her second Final, placed third on 80.770%.<\/p>\n
